This leadership role is responsible for driving strategic sales growth across enterprise clients and agency partners in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and consultative selling to closing high-value deals, while building and maintaining long-term client relationships. The position emphasizes solution-based selling, leveraging data-driven insights, and promoting innovative content solutions at scale. - Drive revenue growth through consultative sales to Fortune 1000 brands and agency partners
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and needs analysis to closing multi-year, high-value deals
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships, ensuring alignment of solutions with client objectives
- Leverage insights, analytics, and data-driven strategies to position solutions effectively
- Mentor and support sales team members while contributing to sales strategy and pipeline development
- Serve as a thought leader in creator marketing, influencer engagement, and digital content solutions
- Manage a robust pipeline and maintain accountability for quarterly and annual sales targets
- Represent the organization at key client meetings and industry events, reinforcing brand value
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in digital sales or online media, selling to executive-level brand clients or agency partners
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas, including closing deals over $1M annually
- Established client relationships in CPG, QSR, apparel, entertainment, finance, or healthcare/pharma verticals
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Expertise in digital, social, and creator marketing, with knowledge of promoted and organic best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Ability to operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while balancing competing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Must be based in the Chicago metro area (remote work is allowed within this region)
