Health Information Management Generalist at Buchanan County Health Center – Independence, Iowa

The Health Information Management (HIM) Generalist is responsible for duties that support the daily operations of the Health Information Department.

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Medical Secretary or Health Information Technology (HIT) degree preferred.
• Medical Office experience required.

• A minimum of two years of medical or legal office experience required.
• Proficient computer user and Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• EPIC user experience preferred.

Salary Range: $16.00-$22.40
