This role is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing sales professional to drive new business growth within enterprise-level accounts across North America. You will own the full sales cycle, engaging senior stakeholders and delivering strategic, value-based solutions to complex organizational challenges. Operating in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote-first environment, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospects while coordinating internal teams to win and close deals. With a strong focus on new logo acquisition, this position emphasizes autonomy, resilience, and a results-driven mindset. You will have the chance to influence market strategy, contribute to innovation, and directly impact revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building pipelines, navigating complex sales cycles, and consistently exceeding ambitious targets.

Accountabilities:
  • Drive new business acquisition by targeting enterprise-level prospects and consistently exceeding revenue quotas
  • Manage full-cycle sales processes, from discovery and product demonstrations to negotiation and deal closure using a consultative approach
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, partnerships, and data-driven insights
  • Engage and influence multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives, across departments such as Safety, Operations, IT, Finance, and Procurement
  • Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles while acting as a trusted advisor to prospective clients
  • Orchestrate internal resources including solution consultants, product experts, and leadership to support deal progression
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline health, and reporting using CRM tools and structured methodologies
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen relationships and generate opportunities
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle, quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales, with a strong focus on new business acquisition
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals in competitive, enterprise-level environments
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, procurement processes, and legal reviews
  • Strong prospecting skills, including cold outreach, referrals, and use of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage executive-level audiences
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a competitive mindset and strong work ethic
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
  • Experience in regulated industries, enterprise software, or EHS/ESG domains is a plus
