This role is a high-impact leadership position focused on driving early adoption and specification inclusion of advanced thermal and power-management solutions within global hyperscale cloud operators. You will engage senior technical and commercial stakeholders during design and architecture phases, shaping infrastructure decisions and positioning solutions as preferred technologies. The role combines strategic account development, ecosystem mapping, and cross-functional collaboration across global commercial and product teams. You will lead insight-driven pursuit strategies, influence reference architectures, and ensure coordinated engagement across complex, matrixed environments. This position offers a unique opportunity to directly impact market growth, establish long-term partnerships, and represent the organization in high-profile industry forums. High travel exposure (50–75%) and remote work flexibility provide dynamic and global engagement.
- Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with global hyperscale cloud operators to secure early engagement and specification inclusion.
- Influence thermal and power architecture decisions within hyperscaler infrastructure programs, ensuring solutions are positioned as preferred technologies.
- Maintain deep understanding of the hyperscaler ecosystem, including CDU manufacturers, OEM partners, engineering consultants, and EPC firms to identify key points of entry.
- Surface unmet customer needs, mobilize internal subject matter experts, and convert concepts into reference designs and industry standards.
- Map programs, influencers, and build schedules to create targeted pursuit plans and coordinate cross-segment engagement for maximum impact.
- Represent the organization at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to strengthen brand visibility and customer relationships.
- Support leadership with strategic account planning, pipeline visibility, reporting, and market intelligence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in data center infrastructure, cooling, or thermal management.
- Proven experience in technical solution selling with a strong understanding of data center stakeholders and key influencers.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, global environment, influencing across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value propositions for hyperscaler customers.
- Patience, persistence, and resilience in developing and growing an emerging market.
- Willingness and ability to travel 50–75%, both domestically and internationally.
