About This Position

  • Ensure adherence to safety regulation and standard. Follow Safety culture and wear PPE when required.
  • Develop and manage an integrated master schedule for all operations, using company ERP system (DocLink, Visual)
  • Ensure commit dates in customer portals are made to full latest LTs and meet overall business production schedules.
  • Collaborate with department managers on production schedule and customer request to understand requirements, objectives, and milestones.
  • Identify and assess risks, issues, and conflicts that may impact the schedule.
  • Regularly update and maintain the master schedule by incorporating changes, and adjustments, as necessary.
  • Monitor progress and identify any deviations from the schedule, taking proactive measures to address delays or other issues.
  • Conduct regular meetings and discussions with managers to review and analyze product status, identify manufacturing, or supply chain bottlenecks.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports that communicate project status, key metrics, and performance indicators to management.
  • Continuously improve scheduling processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with procurement and resource management teams to ensure alignment between the schedule and resource allocation.
  • Ownership of customer schedule (Push Outs & Pull Ins etc.)
  • Responsible for the Rolling 3-month review and monthly communication, ensuring a full review of the backlog and communication of any major changes.
  • Tracking commits, shipments etc. through S&OP monthly and Quarterly sheet
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to identify and solve problem as they arise.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Ability to manage projects and get them done in a timely manner.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and resolve scorecard discrepancies with dedicated account to ensure accuracy of supplier rating is captured and reflective of true performance.
  • Develop mitigation plans for identified risks.
  • Recommend solutions for product status, delays, or identified manufacturing/supply chain bottlenecks.
  • Understand contractual Pull In/Push Out customer obligations and develop action plans for gap closure.

Working Conditions:

  • Normal Production environments, subject to high noise levels from operating machines; physical hazards from moving equipment and sharp machine parts; breathing fumes, dust, and mist; skin exposure to oil and cutting fluid; exposure to sharp metal edges, and forklifts.
  • May be asked to travel back and forth between Southwick and Westfield facilities.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must have ability to read applicable customer documents with or without corrective lenses.
  • May have to lift up to thirty (20) pounds at a time, as required.
  • Must be able to push, pull, reach overhead, stand, walk, climb stairs, bend and/or sit for long periods of time.


Education and Experience:

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing industry and procedures.
  • Experience working in the aerospace industry preferred.
  • Basic planning and scheduling experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
  • Proficient Computer Skills including Microsoft Office
  • Experience with engaging customers and building Relationships.
  • Strong attention to details

  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
