Job Description:

FBS Appliance is looking for a skilled and motivated individual(s) to fill the role of an Appliance Installer. He or she will be responsible for ensuring that all products are installed to our high standards. This is a unique opportunity for the right individual to join our growing team and will have a direct impact on the success of our growing company. Pay will be based on experience, TDLR Residential Appliance Installer license is preferred. We will train the right candidate. Starting pay will be based on experience and licensure status.

Pay Range: $20.00 to $22.00 an hour

Responsibilities:

• Safely drive or ride in company truck to pick up locations to load and deliver appliances to routed addresses
• Help install appliances without damaging product or customer/builder's property
• Document install with notes and pictures of completed install, and/or deterrents to install completion
• Remove all trash from jobsite and dispose of properly
• Load notes and pictures into app via phone

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience/license are a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 50 pounds or more.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Ability to work in all seasons and temperatures of weather.
• Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License

Additional Benefits

• TRRC certification + manufacture certification will be offered and paid for by FBS Appliance. Once certification is attained, that will be anadditional$1.00/hr increase in pay.
• TDLR licensed + manufacture certification will be offered and paid for by FBS Appliance. Once certification is attained, that will be anadditional$2.00/hr increase in pay.
• All installers will need to complete an internal training program, which includes the completion of JENNAIR, MONOGRAM certification, Texas railroad commission certification and Texas department of licensed.
