Warehouse Clerk at S3 AeroDefense LLC – Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Purpose of the Job: Perform daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, and inventory control.

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform daily warehouse activities using a computerized inventory control system
• Locating, checking, counting, and moving warehouse inventory
• Performing quality inspection upon receipt of material
• Checking condition of items, comparing count/measure of items to inventory, noting discrepancies
• Material handling duties as directed
• Scanning, digitizing, and attaching related documents to inventory control management system
• Maintaining facility cleanliness

• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure

Training:

• Pentagon Basics
• Export & ITAR compliance
• Aerospace Industry Quality Training (Which includes QMS training, FAA 00 56, Traceability, 8130-3 documents, PAH’s, ESD, Suspected unapproved Parts, Shelf Life/LLP’s, AD’s, ATA Spec 300, PMA Parts, Direct Ship Authority, Repair Stations and Standard Terminology.
• 90 Day Probation OJT (Includes: Return Material Authorization (RMA), Warehouse Transfers, Parts and Warehousing)
• Forklift certification
• Hazmat Training (Inspection Only approval on Inspection Roster)
