As a Sr. Manager of Digital Product Analytics, you will lead the analytics strategy for digital platforms, including web and mobile experiences, driving insights that shape product roadmaps, optimize conversion, and enhance retention. This role provides the opportunity to influence key business decisions through data-driven recommendations, experimentation, and reporting across ecommerce, subscription, and app channels. You will manage a small team, collaborating closely with Product, Growth, Engineering, CRM, and Marketing teams to deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, strategic, and adept at translating complex data into actionable insights. Your work will directly impact customer experience, growth initiatives, and long-term business strategy, in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Lead analytics for web and mobile platforms, focusing on ecommerce, subscription, and user engagement metrics
- Own KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting in tools such as Tableau, Mixpanel, and GA4
- Guide experimentation and conversion rate optimization (CRO), including hypothesis development, test design, and result analysis
- Conduct deep-dive analyses and opportunity sizing to inform roadmap prioritization and business strategy
- Manage, coach, and develop a Senior Associate Analyst while partnering with cross-functional teams to align insights with product and marketing initiatives
- Present actionable insights, A/B test results, and performance updates to stakeholders and executive leadership
Requirements:
- 6–8+ years of experience in digital product, ecommerce, or growth analytics, preferably in DTC or subscription-based companies
- Proven expertise in CRO and A/B testing, including test design and post-test analysis
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and event-based analytics
- Proficiency with Tableau, Mixpanel, FullStory, and SQL; advanced Excel/GSheets skills
- Deep understanding of ecommerce KPIs, digital funnels, subscription analytics, retention, churn, and cohort modeling
- Experience managing or mentoring analysts and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
