- Lead and inspire a team of electric distribution professionals, fostering collaboration, engagement, and technical excellence
- Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and operational activities to ensure successful project delivery
- Mentor and develop technical staff and managers, promoting high-quality work that meets safety, schedule, and budget expectations
- Directly manage electric distribution projects from planning and proposals through execution and closeout
- Monitor project financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support business goals
- Maintain clear communication with leadership and project teams, sharing updates on milestones and performance
- Champion quality control, risk management, and project audits to ensure compliant and resilient electric distribution solutions
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Minimum 10 years of combined project management and technical leadership experience in electric distribution or related fields
- Strong background in business development and client relationship management
- Proven ability to lead strategically, with technical acumen and client-focused mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; persuasive and articulate in all professional settings
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and build strong relationships across teams and clients
- Experience managing project budgets and overseeing financial performance
- Professional technical licensure required, or equivalent professional experience
- Competitive salary range: $130,000 - $145,000, based on experience, education, and licensure
