Accountabilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of electric distribution professionals, fostering collaboration, engagement, and technical excellence
  • Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and operational activities to ensure successful project delivery
  • Mentor and develop technical staff and managers, promoting high-quality work that meets safety, schedule, and budget expectations
  • Directly manage electric distribution projects from planning and proposals through execution and closeout
  • Monitor project financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support business goals
  • Maintain clear communication with leadership and project teams, sharing updates on milestones and performance
  • Champion quality control, risk management, and project audits to ensure compliant and resilient electric distribution solutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  • Minimum 10 years of combined project management and technical leadership experience in electric distribution or related fields
  • Strong background in business development and client relationship management
  • Proven ability to lead strategically, with technical acumen and client-focused mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; persuasive and articulate in all professional settings
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and build strong relationships across teams and clients
  • Experience managing project budgets and overseeing financial performance
  • Professional technical licensure required, or equivalent professional experience
Benefits:
