The Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) is the senior owner of technical delivery and execution for strategic accounts. This role bridges the clients technical leadership and Coderios engineering teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, architectural consistency, and measurable business impact.The TDM leads initiatives from pre-sales through delivery, acting as a technical advisor and driving digital transformation through Cloud, Data, and AI solutions.
What to Expect in This Role (Responsibilities)
Own end-to-end technical delivery for strategic clients, ensuring quality, scalability, and predictable execution.Act as the main technical point of contact for CTOs and senior engineering stakeholders.Lead technical discovery, solution design, and effort estimation during pre-sales and early project phases.Define and govern cloud and hybrid architectures (AWS, Azure) following best practices and security standards.Guide engineering teams in modern architectures, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.Oversee the full SDLC, managing risks, dependencies, and delivery performance.Ensure delivery health across accounts: KPIs, capacity planning, budgets, and service metrics.Identify and support account growth opportunities through technical leadership and solution evolution.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in technical leadership, software delivery, or architecture roles.Proven experience designing and delivering cloud-based solutions (AWS and/or Azure).Strong background in modern application architectures (microservices, APIs).Hands-on experience with at least one core technology stack (Java, Python, Node.js, React, or similar).Experience leading distributed engineering teams.Strong client-facing experience with senior technical stakeholders.Fluent English (spoken and written).
Nice to Have
Experience with Data platforms, Data Governance, or Generative AI solutions.Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security.Experience in large-scale or enterprise digital transformation programs.
