Summary
We are seeking an Intermediate R&D Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be part of the core group driving next-generation AI initiatives across manufacturing and industrial domains. Our team develops scalable ML/DL solutions—including predictive modeling, reinforcement learning–based optimization, and high-performance inference—to enhance production efficiency, quality, and automation.
As part of our focus on Physical AI, you will help design systems that not only predict outcomes but also control and optimize real-world industrial processes. This includes developing AI-driven decision systems and internal optimization tools that interact with physical systems, enabling intelligent, adaptive, and self-improving production operations.
You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams across software engineering, robotics, systems engineering, and manufacturing to deploy AI solutions that directly impact production performance and operational decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and evaluate advanced ML/DL architectures and apply them to real-world industrial challenges.
- Build and maintain end-to-end data and model pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Develop, optimize, and deploy ML/DL models for process optimization, predictive maintenance, and quality improvement in manufacturing environments.
- Implement and optimize models using ONNX and C++ for scalable, low-latency, production-grade inference.
- Develop internal Physical AI tools, including reinforcement learning–based controllers and predictive systems, to optimize and control real-world industrial processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML/DL solutions into manufacturing systems and ensure stable and reliable operation.
- Perform data-driven analysis and visualization to extract actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Continuously research and explore new technologies to advance ML/DL and Physical AI capabilities in industrial AI applications.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
