Job Overview

We are hiring a Fleet Mechanic / Equipment Technician with strong diagnostic and repair experience to support our fleet and pressure washing equipment. This role is ideal for a mechanic who enjoys troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing quality repairs, and keeping equipment running safely and efficiently.

This is a mechanic-focused rolenot general labor.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair pressure washers, pumps, small engines, and mechanical systems

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime

Identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend repairs

Maintain accurate service and maintenance records

Conduct safety inspections and ensure equipment meets operational standards

Perform shop-based work with occasional field service support

Support pressure washing operations by ensuring equipment is fully functional

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record

Must be 21 years of age or older

Proven experience as a fleet mechanic, equipment mechanic, small engine mechanic, or similar role

Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to diagnose engines, pumps, and pressure systems

Experience with gas and/or diesel-powered equipment preferred

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Ability to lift 5070 lbs and work outdoors as needed

Must pass a background check and DMV record check

Preferred (Not Required):

ASE certification or formal mechanical training

Experience with pressure washing systems or commercial equipment
