What Our Basement Design Consultants Do• Measure and design a fully custom basement layout.• Offer curated material selections aligned with the homeowner’s vision and budget.• Build and present a detailed, transparent proposal during the appointment.• Earn the customer’s business by being the best fit for their project—not throughhigh-pressure tactics.
This is not a “churn and burn” sales environment. This role does not require prospecting orcold outreach. All Design Consultants receive pre-set, high-intent appointments fromhomeowners who have already selected Matrix as their preferred partner.
