On-Call | 12-Hour Shifts | PRN

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to support our long-term care team on an on-call basis. This role provides direct resident care, medication administration, and oversight of clinical needs while promoting resident safety, dignity, and quality of life.

PRN / On-Call
12-hour shifts

• Provide nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per the physician's orders
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate updates promptly
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Respond to emergencies and follow facility safety and infection control procedures
• Support and guide CNAs and assist with charge nurse duties as assigned

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
