Job Overview

Boren to Paint LLC is hiring experienced Painting Foremen to lead residential and commercial painting projects across Colorado. This role is responsible for running jobs from start to finish managing crews, maintaining quality, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest craftsmanship standards.

The Foreman is a hands-on leader who understands both production and people. This position requires strong painting expertise, organization, and the ability to take ownership of the jobsite while representing the company professionally with homeowners, builders, and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage painting crews on residential and commercial job sites

  • Run projects from prep through final touch-ups and walkthroughs

  • Maintain high standards for surface preparation, finish quality, and cleanliness

  • Ensure homes and job sites are properly protected throughout the project

  • Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and manpower to meet schedules

  • Hold crew members accountable to company standards and expectations

  • Communicate clearly with clients, builders, and internal leadership

  • Identify and resolve jobsite issues in real time

  • Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment

  • Represent Boren to Paint positively on every job site

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on painting experience, including leading crews

  • Proven ability to manage jobs, people, and timelines independently

  • Strong knowledge of prep work, finish work, and best painting practices

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Dependable, organized, and accountable work style

  • Ability to maintain quality while keeping projects moving efficiently

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required

  • No formal education or certifications required
