Location: Boone, North Carolina | Full-Time | Monday - Friday

Compensation: Starting at $36.38/hour, based on education, experience, and internal equity

Schedule: Full-time, exempt position

Coordinate and support onboarding and orientation programs for RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other clinical staff

Develop, deliver, and evaluate educational programs and clinical training content

Partner with nursing leadership and quality teams to identify learning needs and support quality improvement initiatives

Promote evidence-based practice, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence

Serve as a clinical resource, mentor, and role model to nursing and clinical staff

Support a healthy, inclusive, and safe work environment rooted in respect, compassion, and continuous improvement

Collaborate across departments to improve patient outcomes, staff engagement, and workflow efficiency

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN required); Master’s degree in Nursing Education preferred
-
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of North Carolina
-
Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required at hire
-
BLS Instructor certification required within one (1) year of hire

Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience

Strong clinical expertise, communication, and teaching skills
-
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and disciplines

Commitment to patient safety, staff development, and organizational values

Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting
-
Speaking, reading, and writing for extended periods
-
Occasional exposure to bloodborne pathogens and clinical environments

May be subject to irregular hours, meetings, or educational sessions as needed

Work performed in clinical, classroom, and office settings
