M-F 2:15 pm – 6:15 pm, Saturdays 8:45 am – 1:15 pm

POSITION SUMMARY

This position provides support to all BancFirst customers with their banking needs. The ideal candidate must provide excellent customer service while complying with BancFirst policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Paying and receiving teller working Drive Thru and Lobby

Maintain teller cash drawer

Process multiple transactions and teller checks

Maintain policies and procedures as defined by management

Cross sell products to meet established goals

Good customer communication, both in person and on telephone

Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

Prefer Teller, cash handling, sales and customer service experience

Must be able to lift 10-25 pounds

Must display a professional image and demeanor

Must be able to perform multiple tasks

Must be willing to work flexible hours

Must be able to work under stress and deadlines

Must be able to comply with the position schedule

Good communication and writing skills

Critical thinking and interpersonal skills

Excellent work ethic, attendance and punctuality are critical

Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Previous teller experience a plus, but will train

Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Constant use of computer screens

Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear

Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching

Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday

Long periods of typing and repetitive motion

Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10-25 pounds (cash canisters, coin boxes/bags)
