This senior leadership role is responsible for driving strategic enterprise sales performance across a portfolio of high-value, complex accounts. You will lead and inspire a team of Account Executives focused on large multinational customers, helping them position advanced developer and DevSecOps solutions in mission-critical environments. The role blends sales leadership, strategic account development, and executive-level relationship management in a fast-moving, global, remote-first organization. You will work closely with senior customer stakeholders to align business priorities with platform capabilities and long-term transformation goals. In parallel, you will shape regional strategy, optimize sales execution, and ensure consistent pipeline growth and revenue attainment. This is a highly impactful position where leadership, commercial acumen, and deep enterprise sales expertise converge to drive market expansion and customer success.
- Define and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand enterprise customer adoption across strategic accounts.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives, ensuring consistent pipeline creation and deal execution excellence.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key enterprise customers and strategic partners.
- Drive end-to-end sales execution on high-value opportunities, supporting negotiations and complex deal closures.
- Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to align messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution.
- Own forecasting accuracy, sales performance analysis, and continuous improvement of regional results.
- Represent the organization at industry events, strengthening brand visibility and market presence.
- 5+ years of experience leading multinational enterprise sales teams, ideally within DevSecOps, developer tools, or enterprise software environments.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding large-scale revenue targets in complex sales organizations.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
- Excellent strategic thinking and ability to build scalable regional go-to-market plans.
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategy.
