NetSuite Tech Lead at Jobgether – Brazil, Indiana

This role is a key technical leadership position within a fast-scaling organization, responsible for shaping and optimizing NetSuite as the backbone of financial and operational processes. You will work closely with finance and cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable solutions that improve efficiency, automation, and system reliability. Acting as both a hands-on developer and technical advisor, you will lead the customization, integration, and continuous improvement of the NetSuite ecosystem. You will play a central role in translating business requirements into robust technical solutions while ensuring system integrity and performance. • Lead the design, development, and optimization of NetSuite solutions aligned with business and finance requirements.
• Develop and maintain SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0 scripts to automate and enhance core business processes.
• Configure and customize NetSuite workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, and system functionalities.
• Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and external systems using SuiteTalk, REST APIs, and middleware tools.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide advanced technical support to ensure platform stability and performance.
• Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage NetSuite upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations while ensuring compatibility with existing processes.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to support system governance and knowledge sharing.

• 5–6+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite development and platform customization.
• Strong expertise in SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with external systems using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, or middleware tools (e.g., Celigo, Boomi).
• Solid understanding of core NetSuite modules, including Finance, Inventory, and Sales.
• Strong skills in SQL and experience building custom reports and data extracts.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional environments.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Nice to have: NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer), inventory-focused experience, or exposure to other ERP systems.
