Position: Sanitation
Shift: 2nd Shift / Monday to Thursday / 5pm to 3:30am
Pay: $17.00 per hour - $1.00 shift premium for working on Second shift - $2.00 cold storage premium
Additional Incentives: Attendance bonus

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:

• Perform routine cleaning of warehouse floors, racking, docks, doors, and facility equipment
• Safely operate sanitation tools and equipment (scrubbers, etc.)
• Follow sanitation schedules and complete required checklists and documentation
• Dispose of waste, debris, and damaged product according to company standards
• Support pest prevention by maintaining cleanliness around storage and exterior zones
• Use approved chemicals correctly and safely, following SDS and training requirements
• Report any safety concerns, damaged equipment, or food safety issues immediately)

Role Purpose:

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in and around company facilities

Key Accountabilities:

• Clean warehouse utilizing a variety of equipment and products.
• Remove all refuse from offices and building daily.
• Repair damaged pallets.
• Remove ice and snow from walkways and parking lots.
• Wash and sweep inside of trailers.
• Clean break room and work areas.
• Maintain exterior property, keeping it clean and orderly.

Required Education and Experience:

• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program with the first 30 days of employment
• 0-6 months general warehouse experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
