Shipping & Data Entry Specialist at Metal Magic Inc – Phoenix, Arizona

What You’ll Be Doing:

Data Entry & Office Work (40%)

• Enter accurate shipping and order details into our system
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails
• Maintain and update spreadsheets (Excel or similar)
• Review orders, file paperwork, and prep for shipping

Shipping & Packing Tasks (60%)

• Sort and organize orders by customer
• Package products using shrink wrap and boxing techniques
• Ship orders using FedEx and UPS software
• Keep shipping area stocked and organized
• Deliver packages using your own vehicle (short local trips – mileage reimbursed)

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone eager to learn and grow
• Moderate typing speed (around 50 WPM) with high accuracy
• Familiar with Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
• Able to lift 50 lbs. (help provided for heavier items)
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
• Strong communicator who can follow written and verbal directions

Hours & Work Environment:

• 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Occasional flexibility needed depending on daily workload
• On-site position in Phoenix, AZ
• Split time in office and warehouse (40/60)
• This is not a remote position
