You will play a key role in defining how marketing success is tracked across campaigns, channels, and the full customer journey. Working closely with demand generation, product marketing, sales, and finance teams, you will ensure alignment on KPIs, attribution, and reporting standards. The environment is fast-moving and highly data-driven, where experimentation and continuous optimization are central to decision-making. You will act as the go-to expert for marketing analytics and HubSpot, shaping how data is collected, interpreted, and operationalized. This is an opportunity to directly influence marketing strategy and efficiency at scale in a global SaaS context.

Accountabilities:

You will own marketing performance analytics, attribution, and reporting across multiple channels and funnel stages while ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems. In parallel, you will support strategic decision-making by transforming raw data into meaningful insights that improve campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition efficiency.

  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking key marketing KPIs across campaigns, channels, website traffic, and funnel performance
  • Develop and refine attribution models linking marketing activities to pipeline generation and revenue impact
  • Deliver recurring performance reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) with actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Partner with demand generation, product marketing, and finance teams to align marketing metrics with broader business outcomes
  • Analyze campaign performance across paid, organic, email, and content channels to identify optimization opportunities
  • Support A/B testing strategies and evaluate experiment results to improve conversion rates and ROI
  • Monitor full-funnel performance and identify friction points in customer journeys using HubSpot, Salesforce, and analytics tools
  • Ensure data integrity across CRM and marketing automation systems, improving tracking and reporting infrastructure
  • Collaborate on go-to-market launches by defining baseline metrics and tracking post-launch performance
  • Contribute to executive and board-level reporting with clear, data-backed narratives
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in marketing analytics or revenue operations within a SaaS or digital business environment, combined with deep technical and analytical capabilities. You are highly proficient in marketing tools and data platforms and comfortable translating data into business recommendations.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or revenue operations
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot and working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and campaign performance measurement
  • Solid SQL skills and experience working with marketing or customer data sets
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear business insights
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with data
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and finance teams
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS or ecommerce ecosystems is a strong advantage
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
