- Partner with clients to understand business objectives and design tailored AI strategies that align with organizational goals
- Lead end-to-end project management for complex or strategic implementations, ensuring successful delivery across all phases
- Oversee engagement economics, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and alignment across all stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, communicate risks and updates, and manage scope changes to maintain control over timelines and deliverables
- Identify opportunities for expanding AI solutions within client organizations, supporting long-term growth and retention
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including participation in sales activities, pipeline development, and client presentations
- Mentor team members, support onboarding efforts, and help maintain effective staffing and team performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, information technology, mathematics, or a related field
- 8–10 years of professional experience, including implementing complex enterprise or financial software solutions
- Minimum 6 years of project management or technology leadership experience in large-scale environments
- Strong knowledge of enterprise performance management or financial systems such as OneStream, Hyperion, or SAP
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with experience applying them in business or analytics contexts preferred
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear insights
- Experience mentoring or coaching team members and working collaboratively across teams
- PMP certification or advanced degree is a plus
