Physician Assistant – Orthopedic Surgery
Milford Regional Medical Center | Milford, Massachusetts
Milford Regional Medical Center, is seeking a Physician Assistant to support its Orthopedic Surgery team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, patient-centered team in a dynamic community setting.
About the Position
The Physician Assistant will work closely with orthopedic surgeons across a range of subspecialties, including joint replacement, sports medicine, spine, and other orthopedic disciplines. This role offers a balanced mix of surgical first assist responsibilities and pre- and post-operative patient care.

Position Highlights
- Collaborate with a team of experienced orthopedic surgeons and advanced practice providers
- Participate in the full spectrum of orthopedic surgical care
- Provide patient-centered care in an inpatient setting
- Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts available
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current Massachusetts Physician Assistant license and NCCPA certification
- Minimum of one year of experience as a surgical PA required
- Strong clinical and communication skills; a team-oriented mindset
