All Service Specialists Inc. is seeking a skilled Service Technician Pool Installation Specialist to support the installation of high-end pool systems and contribute to our outdoor living division. This is a year-round, hands-on field role for someone with at least two (2) years of direct experience in pool installation and a strong understanding of the installation sequence and mechanical components involved.

Key Responsibilities- Pool Installation (Primary Role):
- Assist with the full pool installation cycle, including:
Site preparation and excavation support
Placement or assembly of pool shell
Plumbing and mechanical system setup (pumps, filters, heaters, automation)
Backfilling, grading, and final landscaping coordination
Follow project plans, manufacturer specifications, and jobsite best practices
Support punch-list completion and customer handoff
Help troubleshoot system issues or installation obstacles
- Assist with the full pool installation cycle, including:
- Jobsite Standards & Safety:
Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas
Follow company and OSHA safety guidelines
Represent All Service Specialists professionally at all times
- Cross-Functional Field Support (Secondary Role):
Support general contracting work as needed
Assist with outdoor living projects (patios, decks, landscaping coordination)
Join other crews during peak workload periods or seasonal transitions
Engage in light service or repair work tied to general contracting or pool systems
- During the snowy season, provide supporting services for our snow operations.
Must have flexibility to be on call during snow season
- Mandatory Experience:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience installing pools (in-ground preferred)
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Technical Skills:
Familiarity with pool plumbing, mechanical equipment, and site prep
Use of hand and power tools in general contracting settings
Ability to read and interpret general contracting plans and manufacturer specs
Problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting
- Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Capable of working on active general contracting sites with multiple trades
Strong work ethic and punctuality
Effective communication and teamwork
Adaptability to changing project priorities and schedules
Respectful and professional demeanor with clients and coworkers
Willingness to learn and grow across multiple trades
