Location: Evanston, IL
This position is designated as Hybrid - Fully Flexible and expected to work from our world headquarters office once per month to several times a week. The specific days in the office are determined by managers based on business requirements. Rotary is under the jurisdiction of Illinois employment laws; we require all employees to live within reasonable daily commuting distance to Evanston.

Position Overview
The Manager of Product Delivery oversees a portfolio of internal and external digital product teams to ensure the on-time, high-quality delivery of technology solutions that advance Rotary's strategic initiatives. This role leads a team of onshore and offshore staff members responsible for the coordination and successful delivery of various digital products.
The Manager will work closely with product managers, enterprise architects, and onshore/offshore development teams in a matrixed operating environment to ensure cross product coordination, clear documentation of delivery commitments, and consistent execution across teams.
The Manager plays a critical role in optimizing delivery processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
You Will Have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
- Progressive experience in software delivery leadership roles.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Waterfall, and blended delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed product management environment.
- Experience coordinating onshore/offshore delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps pipelines, and modern engineering practices.
- Experience supporting teams using modern development frameworks (React, .NET, Sitecore or other CMS platforms, Angular, etc.).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work well under pressure.

You Will Be Responsible For
Team Leadership & Portfolio Management
- Lead a global product delivery organization including scrum masters in India and delivery managers.
- Manage a portfolio of internal and external product delivery teams, ensuring alignment on timelines, dependencies, and quality.
- Monitor productivity and delivery performance using key metrics (e.g., lead time improvement, defect reduction).
- Serve as a delivery partner for external and internal products and capabilities, providing clear, data-driven insights into delivery health, trade-offs, and capacity to product leadership.
Delivery Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate delivery activities across multiple product lines, ensuring cross team dependencies are identified, communicated, and managed.
- Partner with product managers to document and track delivery commitments, ensuring roadmap alignment and prioritization clarity.
- Ensure that sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management processes are consistently applied across teams.
Cross Functional Collaboration‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with architects to understand technical direction and ensure delivery teams are aligned with architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering leads, QA teams, and vendors to facilitate seamless handoffs and execution.
- Support development and QA teams to ensure product quality and adherence to engineering standards.
Process, Standards, and Continuous Improvement
- Champion Agile and DevOps best practices across teams, including CI/CD adoption, automation, and iterative delivery.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase team velocity and product quality.
Budgeting & Resource Management
- Build, manage, and justify delivery-related budgets in partnership with IT, finance, and product leadership.
- Monitor and recommend staffing allocations across product teams to ensure capacity meets demand.

Salary range
- $144,000 - $160,000
