Reports to: PR & Communities Lead

We are hiring a Digital Community Associate to manage and grow ACE’s diaspora communities across key remittance corridors. The role will focus on digital engagement, sentiment management, and execution of community events in both sending and receiving markets.

• Manage and moderate digital communities (Facebook groups, WhatsApp, etc.)

• Execute digital engagement campaigns across priority corridors

• Plan and coordinate community events and activations in sending and receiving markets

• Work closely with local partners and corridor teams for event execution

• Monitor customer sentiment and provide insights to PR, marketing, and product teams

• Track engagement, growth, and event performance KPIs

• 1–3 years of experience in community management or activations

• Experience in fintech, remittance, or diaspora engagement preferred

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

• Willingness to travel for corridor events if required
