As a Cook at Lakeview, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting food that meets our standards for taste, quality, and appearance, while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. This role works closely with the culinary team to support efficient service and contribute to menu development.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards

• Assist with menu planning, incorporating seasonal ingredients and guest feedback

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper food storage in the kitchen

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies

• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar environment

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

• Culinary degree or certification

• Experience in a high-volume kitchen environment

• Familiarity with a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines

• Strong culinary skills and attention to detail

• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent quality

• Effective time management and ability to work under pressure

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Creativity and interest in menu development
