At NIVES, our Client Services Representatives are the first point of connection for our clients — setting the tone for exceptional care from the moment they walk through our doors.

• Be part of a high-performing emergency and specialty team

• Make a meaningful impact for pets and their families every day

• Work alongside board-certified specialists in a Level II Critical Care Facility

• Build valuable skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Greet and support clients with empathy during urgent and emotional situations

• Manage high-volume calls, walk-ins, and emergency scheduling

• Communicate clearly between clients and the medical team

• Assist with patient intake, records, and billing

• Help keep the hospital running smoothly during busy emergency caseloads

• Strong customer service skills and a calm, professional presence

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment

• Excellent communication and teamwork

• Experience in veterinary, medical, or fast-paced service environments preferred

This is a full-time, rotating schedule that includes:

• Every other weekend and holidays

• Rotation between:

  • One week of four shifts (approximately 3 PM – 12 AM)

  • Followed by one week of three 12-hour shifts (12 PM – 12 AM)
