About the Role:
The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue within an assigned territory by developing new business, managing existing customer relationships, and securing product placements. This role focuses on building a strong pipeline, identifying opportunities, and executing the sales process from initial engagement through product placement. The Account Executive serves as a primary point of contact for customers and represents Gaming Arts in a competitive, regulated gaming environment through consistent, disciplined sales execution.
What You’ll Do
• Drive new business and expand existing accounts within an assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with casino operators and key decision-makers
• Execute sales strategies that grow installed base, increase product footprint, and support replacement cycles
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and forecast accuracy
• Present product portfolios, lead demos, and position solutions aligned to customer needs and floor performance
• Monitor market activity, competitive positioning, and customer trends to inform product strategy
• Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to support successful product launches and placements
• Represent Gaming Arts at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements
What You Bring
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably within gaming, casino, or related regulated industries
• Previous gaming/casino sales experience a plus
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence and close at multiple levels
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage a territory
• Commercial acumen with the ability to connect product performance to customer value
• Experience managing sales pipelines and forecasts
• Ability to travel as needed within assigned territory
• Clear communication, presence, and professionalism in customer-facing environments
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Understanding of customer and gaming market dynamics and requirements
