Pay: $18.00 to $22.00 / Hour

As a Warehouse & Inventory Associate, , you will play a crucial role in optimizing our inventory management processes and ensuring accurate stock levels to support our operations. You will be responsible for monitoring inventory movements, analyzing data trends, and implementing strategies to minimize stock discrepancies and maximize efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

· Receive, stock, and organize plumbing, HVAC, and related materials in the warehouse

· Pick, stage, and prepare equipment and parts for field technicians

· Track inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies

· Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring accurate deliveries and returns

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

· Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)

· Perform routine inventory counts and help with cycle counts as required

· Support company procedures and safety protocols

· Other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

· Previous warehouse or inventory management experience preferred

· Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift certification a plus)

· Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills

· Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials and equipment

· Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude

· Basic computer skills to manage inventory systems and documentation – EXCEL a PLUS!!

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

· High school diploma or equivalent

Additional Job Requirements:

• Utilize Service Titan software to maintain and update inventory records, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and records.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, track consumption patterns, and forecast future inventory needs.
• Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Generate reports and present findings to management, providing insights and recommendations for inventory optimization.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and regular physical inventory checks.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in inventory management to propose continuous improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends.
• Proficiency in inventory management software (Service Titan experience strongly preferred).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present findings to stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:

• Proven experience as an Inventory Analyst or similar role, with specific experience using Service Titan.
• Ability to pass required background driving checks. Maintain clean driving records.
• GED/ High School diploma required

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

PREFERRED:

• Experience in the trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Warehouse environment
• Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs.
• 80% seated work 20% physical work
• Climb ladders and use other equipment to assist in completing job tasks
• Ability to work in a safe manner and follow safety procedures
