  • Develop and maintain data platforms, SQL queries, reports, dashboards, and data extraction workflows that support business analytics.
  • Support integrations across ERP, CRM, Quality systems, Microsoft 365, E-commerce platforms, and other business applications.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot EDI transactions and data exchanges to ensure accurate cross-system communication.
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives by maintaining secure configuration for ERP, SQL, cloud applications, and integration workflows.
  • Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform workflows.
  • Assist with cloud architecture and solutions beyond Microsoft 365, including Azure resources, cloud storage, hosted applications, and related integrations.
  • Act as the escalation point for ERP, SQL, reporting, integration, OT, and application-layer issues received from team members or business departments.
  • Partner with stakeholders to analyze processes, identify system improvements, optimize data flows, and implement enhancements or automation.
  • Maintain documentation including data workflows, system procedures, reporting structures, integration maps, and configuration notes.
  • Lead system upgrades, data migrations, reporting enhancements, cloud projects, and initiatives that improve data reliability or cross-system connectivity.
  • Ensure system changes follow documented testing, approval, and change control processes.

Education, Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience with IT systems or database administration strongly considered.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting tools, and cross-system data workflows.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing systems, machine interfaces, or shop floor data processes.
