Data Processing Assistant at Pipe Manufacturing Company – Joliet, Illinois

Rovanco Piping Systems, a leading manufacturer of per-insulated piping systems, has an immediate need for a Full Time Data Processing Assistant.

Responsibilities include providing general office support including assisting with our company-wide ISO 9001 initiatives and procedures. Candidates will work with our team in compliance, procedures with departments, and training/tracking inspections. Additional responsibilities include providing general office support for several departments, filing and maintaining data entry for each department as a quality management system.

Strong computer skills are a must, including Microsoft Office. Must be organized, able to prioritize and multitask. Having a willingness to learn products, systems and processes, as well as the ability to work independently are essential to this role.
