About the role
Colure Health is scaling rapidly across multiple states, and we are looking for a QA & Documentation Specialist who can own the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of our clinical documentation. This role is essential to protecting billing integrity, reducing denials, and ensuring our care teams meet the highest standards of quality.
You will partner closely with Operations, Billing, and our vendor teams to audit charts, correct documentation issues, and build scalable quality workflows. This is a high‑impact role that directly influences revenue, compliance, and patient care.
What you'll own

· Error Identification & Correction: Flag issues, correct documentation gaps, and ensure charts meet billing standards.
· Quality Reporting: Produce weekly QA reports for leadership and vendor partners.
· Documentation Standards: Maintain and update documentation guidelines as workflows evolve.
· Training Support: Provide feedback to care coordinators and vendor teams to reduce recurring errors.
· Cross‑Functional QA: Partner with Billing to ensure claims are supported by compliant documentation.
· Process Improvement: Identify workflow gaps and help build scalable QA systems as we grow.
· 2–4+ years of experience in clinical documentation, QA, medical records, or RCM‑adjacent roles
· Strong understanding of CCM/RPM documentation requirements (or willingness to learn quickly)
· High attention to detail and comfort reviewing large volumes of charts
· Ability to communicate clearly with clinical and non‑clinical teams
· A process‑builder mindset — you improve systems, not just complete tasks
· You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment as we scale nationally
· Your work directly impacts quality, compliance, and revenue
· You’ll help build a modern QA engine from the ground up
· We move fast, operate with clarity, and value people who take ownership
