You will serve as a high-level craftsman and potential future leader within our field operations team. This role is designed for a versatile builder who thrives on variety, from structural framing to intricate finish work, in a drama-free environment. You will have the autonomy to manage independent tasks while contributing to a family-owned business that values quality and career longevity.

• Execute complex framing, trim work, and high-end cabinetry installations with precision.

• Lead onsite installations of windows, doors, and various flooring systems to meet high standards.

• Facilitate project flow by keeping the crew on task and maintaining peak productivity.

• Operate independently on specialized assignments while collaborating effectively with the broader team.

• Resolve technical building challenges onsite to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.

• Mentor junior carpenters by sharing your technical expertise and promoting a teaching-oriented culture.

• Comprehensive experience in all phases of construction, including structural and finish carpentry.

• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks without direct supervision.

• Demonstrated leadership potential with a focus on accountability and team cohesion.

• Strong technical proficiency in reading complex plans and executing detailed layouts.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional carpentry experience with a focus on high end residential.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Weekly pay cycle.
