In this role, you will define and guide the architecture and implementation of full-stack, cloud-native solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and regulatory standards. You will provide technical governance across multiple initiatives, ensuring consistency, scalability, and delivery discipline across teams and projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end solution architecture design across microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems.
• Overseeing multiple concurrent projects, including planning, governance, prioritization, and budgeting.
• Collaborating with development, architecture, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless system integration and delivery.
• Driving cloud adoption strategies across AWS, Azure, or GCP, from infrastructure provisioning to deployment and observability.
• Establishing application lifecycle roadmaps and governance frameworks to ensure long-term platform sustainability.
• Supporting agile delivery practices while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and risk controls.

This role requires strong technical depth combined with architectural leadership experience in complex, distributed systems. You should bring a solid foundation in full-stack engineering and enterprise architecture, particularly within financial services or similar regulated environments.

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or full-stack engineering roles in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Python, React, Node.js, Spring Boot, and related full-stack technologies.
• Proven experience designing microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, and low-latency architectures.
• Strong cloud expertise across AWS, Azure, or GCP, including infrastructure, deployment, and observability.
• Experience in BFSI or capital markets domains is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile/Kanban methodologies and enterprise delivery practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance strategic architecture thinking with hands-on technical execution.
