This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, technical execution, and cross-functional delivery within a global HR tech environment. You will act as a key individual contributor responsible for translating business vision into clear, actionable product requirements that engineering teams can confidently build and scale. The position requires close collaboration with engineering, architecture, QA, and business stakeholders to shape secure, scalable, and high-impact solutions. You will play a central role in defining product direction, prioritizing backlogs, and ensuring delivery aligns with both customer needs and technical feasibility. Operating in a fast-paced, data-driven setting, you will help balance innovation with platform stability and operational excellence. This is a high-ownership role where your decisions directly influence product performance, user experience, and business outcomes.

• Own product definition by translating business strategy and customer needs into well-structured epics, features, and user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business value, technical feasibility, and delivery readiness.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and architecture teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with modern system design principles.
• Drive alignment between product vision and execution by clearly communicating priorities, constraints, and expected outcomes to delivery teams.
• Support agile delivery processes, including iteration planning, backlog grooming, and ongoing risk and dependency management.
• Track product and delivery metrics to evaluate performance, inform roadmap decisions, and ensure continuous value delivery.
• Serve as a key stakeholder partner, influencing cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment on product direction and execution.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, Software Engineer, or similar role within agile environments.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, system architecture, integrations, cloud-native systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience working in complex, regulated, or data-sensitive environments is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to translate complex business problems into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to lead through influence and drive outcomes independently.
