We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Porter to join our team. As a Service Porter, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service area, and supporting various operational tasks.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries or requests.
• Drive vehicles, including those with manual transmissions, safely and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with valet parking duties, ensuring vehicles are parked securely and retrieved promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in the service area, including organizing equipment and supplies.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Support delivery drivers as needed, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management and stock organization.

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including those with manual transmissions.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
