Pre-Fabrication Technician at Galaxy Lifts – Mabank, Texas

GALAXY LIFTS –PRE FABRICATION TECHNICIAN

Galaxy Lifts is seeking a motivated individual to join as a Pre Fabrication technician who is skilled in operating different machines for the fabrication of our cargo and passenger lifts.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:

• Adhere to all safety policies and practices, including wearing all personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Inspect material that comes across the sanding table to be put into production.
• Learning all materials as well as sizes and cuts of all the pieces of material that comes through the production area.
• Adhere to production schedule.
• Read bill of materials to assemble the parts to build different products.
• Maintain, organize and clean equipment and the work area.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Veterans are encouraged to apply.
• 2+ years’ of experience in manufacturing environment preferred, general labor is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Local to Mabank-Athens, TX or willing to relocate.
• Highly ethical, positive culture addition, self-motivated.
