Working Student Purchasing Controlling (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS
- Assist with regular reporting in purchasing controlling
- Further development and optimization of existing management reports, including those based on ThinkCell templates
- Analysis and presentation of cost trends and inflation surcharges
- Collaboration on the creation of Power BI reports and dashboards
- Design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint and intranet pages, including page structure (Support from the ground up)
- Handling administrative tasks in SharePoint, particularly regarding permissions, authentication, and authorization
- Structured management and maintenance of documents and content
- Supporting management with administrative and organizational tasks
- Creating, revising, and preparing PowerPoint presentations for management
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Quick learner, analytical thinking, and a meticulous work style; enthusiasm for familiarizing yourself with new subject areas
