What You’ll Do

Manage and schedule social media content that builds our brand, supports recruiting, and boosts community engagement.Edit short-form videos that grab attention—whether for internal updates or external campaigns.Keep our website fresh, accurate, and on-brand through WordPress updates and SEO-friendly content.

Design graphics, layouts, and marketing collateral with Adobe Illustrator or InDesign.Ensure everything we publish looks polished, cohesive, and unmistakably Sprague.

Own uniform and merch ordering from end to end—tracking inventory, coordinating vendors, and making sure every new hire has what they need to rep the brand.Forecast needs so we’re always stocked and ready for growth.

Monitor social, website, and campaign performance—and turn metrics into insights.Build dashboards and reports that help marketing and leadership make smarter decisions.

Draft clear, concise, polished messaging for announcements, campaigns, and internal updates.Partner closely with operations, HR, leadership, and vendors to keep projects moving and timelines tight.Stay organized and ultra-responsive using Outlook to manage calendars, coordination, and execution.
