About the role

Location: Vantaa, Finland

Processing new project and spare part orders and customer communication.

What your day might look like:

The main tasks in this role are related to supporting the global distributor network with material orders for new fire protection projects and spare part offers and orders for existing system. In addition to communicating with customers from all over the world, the role requires coordinating with factory for delivery times and order confirmations. Spare part sales are supported by technical experts to support customers with correct parts for their service needs.

Your main responsibilities:

• Processing customer orders, ERP entries, customer communication, supporting internal development projects.

What we expect from you:

• Good communication skills
• Fluent English, both spoken and written. Other language skills are beneficial
• Customer centric attitude and a drive to provide world class customer service
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and to prioritize between multiple tasks
• Technical education and / or experience on pumps, piping or other mechanical systems and components is an advantage
