Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Michigan who
is passionate about mental health and excited to join a collaborative psychiatric
practice. This therapist will provide talk therapy services via telehealth, working closely
with psychiatric providers and care teams to deliver integrated, patient-centered
treatment.
This role is ideal for a clinician who values flexibility, teamwork, and making a
meaningful impact from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide individual psychotherapy services via telehealth
● Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with mental health conditions including
anxiety, depression, postpartum mood disorders, and age-related mental health
concerns
● Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
● Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
● Collaborate with psychiatric providers for coordinated care
● Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice
● Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing collaboration
Qualifications
● Active LMSW license in the state of Michigan (required)
● Experience providing therapy for:
● Anxiety and Mood disorders
● Postpartum mental health
● Adult and/or senior populations
● Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
● Comfortable working in a fully remote/telehealth environment
● Experience with EMRs and virtual platforms preferred
● Passion for compassionate, patient-centered mental health care
● Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based setting
