Job Summary: The Web Designer will be responsible for creating user-centered designs for web platforms, ensuring a clean, modern, and consistent experience across devices. This role collaborates closely with engineering and product teams to translate ideas into polished, intuitive interfaces.

What does a day in the life of a Web Designer look like?

• Design responsive web interfaces for desktop and mobile

• Create and maintain visual style consistency across the platform

• Collaborate with engineers during implementation

• Iterate on designs based on testing, feedback, and user behavior

• Contribute to the development of a reusable design system

• Adhere to company policies and procedures

• Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs

• Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules

• Collaborate with other departments as needed

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times

• Perform other duties as assigned

What are the qualifications of a Web Designer?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in web or product design

• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

• Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Experience handing off designs for React or Next.js builds preferred

• Motion design or prototyping experience a plus
