- Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding quota
- Responsible for market share and revenue growth by creating new opportunities in territory
- Experience in high velocity sales with annual contracts and ~30 day sales cycle
- Works with customers to identify challenges and provide tailored solutions
- Manages post-sale process from signed agreement to launch readiness
- Effectively communicates value propositions through proposals and presentations
- Sells into a challenging customer base and understands go-to-market strategies
- Represents the company at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events
- Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of professional work experience in sales
- Experience in the auto retail industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting
- Quick thinker, fast worker, embracing change
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Results driven, detail-oriented, and organized self-starter
- Ability to lead initiatives and work through others
