About This Position
Our mission-driven team is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support children with autism in developing speech, language, and cognitive skills. You’ll work with patients under 6, creating individualized treatment plans, leading therapy sessions, tracking progress, and coaching families to support continued growth at home.

Compensation:$70,000
Responsibilities:- Track progress and update treatment plans as needed.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ speech, language, and cognitive abilities.
- Design and deliver individualized therapy plans to meet each child’s needs.
- Meet with families to provide training and guidance for continued progress at home.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve children’s communication skills.
- Committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with AAC devices and implementation in treatment sessions.
- Understanding of speech and language anatomy.
- Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques, interventions, and Gestalt Language Processing.
- Experience in pediatric or autism-focused therapy preferred.
