HUD Property Manager at Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries – Scranton, Pennsylvania
About This Position

General Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall physical and financial condition, regulatory compliance, and quality of life offered to residents.
- Oversees and ensures the maintenance of physical plant and grounds.
- Ensures that all Housing Management Department programs provide the highest quality of service to both internal and external customers.
- Prepares and monitors facility budget.
Education/Training: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study normally required.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years' work experience in housing administration preferred. Knowledge of Real Page a plus.
ADA: Ability to ability to bend, stoop, sit, reach, and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.; visual and auditory skills.
