Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience

- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff

- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met

- Address guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations

- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after shifts

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and guest satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain calm under pressure

- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine and alcohol service, is a plus

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
