What you'll do

• As a Team Leader, you’ll act as the right-hand to the management team, helping run daily operations and keeping the Wing Shack energy high. You’ll:
• • Lead, train, and motivate team members to uphold Wing Shack’s standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
  • Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
  • Support the onboarding of new hires and provide ongoing coaching and development.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Help monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure proper food and beverage storage.
  • Oversee cash handling, deposits, and accurate POS procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment in accordance with company, local, and federal guidelines.
  • Step into the manager role when needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation plan to and from shifts as scheduled
• Availability that aligns with company and restaurant needs (nights, weekends, holidays as required)
• Able to perform all essential job functions as detailed in training and job description
• Demonstrated leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or retail preferred
• 2–3 years of restaurant experience required.
• 1-3 years of restaurant leadership required.
• Experience in both front-of-house (service) and back-of-house (cooking) required.
