Job Description

We’re looking for Human Resources Business Partners who are excited to align business objectives with employees and leadership across designated business units. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted consultant to management, proactively assess and anticipate HR-related needs, and develop integrated solutions that support both our workforce and organizational goals.

You’ll play a key role as an employee champion and change agent—strengthening communication, guiding leadership, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with designated business units

  • Provide HR guidance and consultation to line management

  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR to develop solutions, programs, and policies

  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues

  • Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of employment laws and legal requirements to reduce risk and ensure compliance

  • Partner with legal counsel as needed

  • Provide performance management guidance including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions

  • Strengthen employee engagement, morale, productivity, and retention

Collaborative Teamwork

This role involves working closely with leadership, employees, the HR team, and legal partners to support effective operations and cultivate a supportive, compliant, and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience resolving complex employee relations issues

  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment laws

  • Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language

  • Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, coworkers, and community
